Description
We don’t know much about this little black-and-white label, but it appears to be for some sort of local or private post in the Colombian capital of Bogota, and may date from the 1880s. It is inscribed with the wording ‘Correo Urbano de Bogota’ (Bogota City Mail), and the value ‘medio centavo’ (half a cent).
U/M / Unmounted Mint / MNH / Mint Never Hinged, but seemingly issued without gum.
