Description

1995 issue from Estonia, featuring a 1.70k stamp marking the Via Baltica motorway project and depicting the Beach Hotel (Rannahotell) in Pärnu, Estonia. The hotel was designed by the Estonian Functionalist architects Olev Siinmaa and Anton Soans, and completed in 1937.
